Immunization Requirements & Student Medical Insurance Plan
Billing for Vaccines and Labs
  • Student Health will now file insurance claims for some services not covered by the Student Health Fee. This is limited to services provided at Student Health by our Providers. Given that most services available at Student Health are covered by the Fee, this new service will primarily apply to certain vaccinations and laboratory tests.
  • Please check with your insurance company to find out what services are covered by your insurance plan. Any applicable co-pay and/or deductible will be due at the time of the visit.
