Jeanette joined Duke in 1998.  Prior to that she worked for Durham Pediatrics, Lakewood Family Practice, Durham Ob/Gyn and Duke PRMO.  She brings 20 years of experience in customer service, insurance updates and referrals and business management to her position at Duke Student Health.  She enjoys spending time with her family, walking, exercising and helping others.
