Call Center/Reception
These folks are our "front line." They're usually the first folks you talk to when you call for an appointment, and the first ones you see when you enter the Student Health Center. Our reception and call center share the same space so that staff can be cross-trained to help each other out during busy times and when a staff member is absent. So there are times when you might see a receptionist on the phone with a patient or one of the call center staff helping to check someone in or out of the clinic.
Their jobs are considered to be some of the most difficult in the clinic - they have to know details on all aspects of the Student Health Center and its policies. These ladies do a great job keeping up with the constantly changing atmosphere and we're happy to have them with us!
