Karen J. Hills, MS, PA-C is assistant professor in the Department of Community and Family Medicine. She is the associate director of the Duke University Physician Assistant Program and physician assistant in the Student Health Sevice. Ms. Hills attended Wake Forest University for both her bachelor's degree and PA certificate. She holds a Master's degree in Health Fitness Management from American University in Washington, DC. Prior to becoming a PA, Ms. Hills was the executive director of the Wellness Council of North Carolina. Ms. Hills has been at Duke since 2001. Her clinical intersts include family medicine, women's health and preventive medicine.
