You can call 681-WELL to schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment during regular business hours (see below). For your convenience we have also made some of our appointments available online. To schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment online, log on to our system using your Duke Net ID. If you do not find an appointment that suits your needs or if you feel you need to be seen urgently, please call 681-WELL (9355) to schedule your appointment.

Pharmacy refills and pre-ordered Lab testing are available on a walk-in basis during regular clinic hours.

The Student Health Center is not a "Walk-in Clinic." If you choose to walk-in to the clinic without an appointment, we will attempt to work you into the schedule but there will usually be a considerable wait for the next available provider and you may find it more convenient to schedule an appointment and return at a later time. There is also no guarantee that we can see you the same day.  After 4pm you will need an appointment to be seen.

Many appointment types are available for you to schedule for yourself online. These include Basic Visits, Female Physicals with or without a Pap test, Male Physicals, Men's Health Clinical Physicals, Men's Health Basic Visits, SCUBA Physicals, and Allergy Clinic Initial and Allergy Routine Visits.
Scheduling allergy appointments is new this year, but with the online system you can schedule a regular appointment slot at your convenience (or call 681-WELL). Patients who come in for allergy shots will need to have scheduled appointments and check in and out of the clinic.
To schedule an appointment with our Travel Clinic, you must call 681-WELL (681-9355). You must be able to tell the individual scheduling your appointment the countries to which you are traveling (in order of travel) and your departure date. We strongly recommend that you schedule your travel appointment 6-8 weeks in advance of your travel to be sure you have time to get everything you need (including getting any forms completed). Especially during late Fall and early Spring semesters, appointments with the Student Health Travel Clinic are in high demand and you'll want to schedule your appointment as early as you can.

Parking

There is limited, short-term parking and a drop-off/pick-up space at the Student Health Center entrance. Parking is available in the Parking Deck on Trent Drive in front of the Duke Clinic (where the Student Health Center is located). If you park in the Trent Drive Parking Deck, be sure to bring your Parking Voucher to your appointment. When you check out, show the voucher to the front desk staff and you will receive ample parking coupons to cover your parking for the length of your time within the Student Health Center.
