The Graduate School has instituted a new funding policy to pay the health insurance premium directly for *fully funded PhD* students who enroll in the Duke student health insurance plan. Payment will be made directly to the student's Bursar's Account at the single student rate. Ph.D. students should confirm with the Director of Graduate Studies (or his/her assistant) in their departments whether or not they are eligible to receive the health insurance premium payment."
