Wrap Up Your 5-A-Day

Balance out this easy meal with a piece of fruit and a yogurt or a glass of low fat milk (or soy milk).

Ingredients

Large wheat flour tortilla
1/2 Cup cooked chicken, or turkey
2-4 Tbs salsa
1/4 Cup canned black beans (drained and rinsed)
1/4 Cup canned corn (drained and rinsed)
lettuce and tomato

Directions

  1. Combine poultry and salsa add beans and corn and stir until mixed.
  2. Fill tortilla with mixture and wrap tightly in foil.
  3. Keep chilled until it is time to eat.
*For a vegetarian version of this recipe, omit poultry and add an additional 1/4c of beans and or cheese.
