Balance out this easy meal with a piece of fruit and a yogurt or
a glass of low fat milk (or soy milk).
Ingredients
Large wheat flour tortilla
1/2 Cup cooked chicken, or turkey
2-4 Tbs salsa
1/4 Cup canned black beans (drained and rinsed)
1/4 Cup canned corn (drained and rinsed)
lettuce and tomato
Directions
- Combine poultry and salsa add beans and corn and stir until mixed.
- Fill tortilla with mixture and wrap tightly in foil.
- Keep chilled until it is time to eat.
