Chickpea Dip
Ingredients
- 3 cloves fresh garlic
- ¼ C plain low-fat yogurt
- 1Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tsp. olive oil
- cTsp. salt
- ¼ Tsp. paprika
- 1/8 Tsp. black pepper
- 1 (19oz ) can chickpeas, drained
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve with cut up fresh vegetables and/or whole wheat pita chips.*
