Citrus Ginger Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp Orange juice
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 2 – 6 oz wild salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Spray a broiler rack with cooking spray and preheat broiler
- Season salmon with salt and pepper
- In a small bowl mix together brown sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and ginger to form the glaze
- Brush fish on both sides with the glaze and broil 6 inches from heat for 5-6 minutes per side. Fish should be moist and flake easily.
