Citrus Ginger Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 2 – 6 oz wild salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Spray a broiler rack with cooking spray and preheat broiler
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper
  3. In a small bowl mix together brown sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and ginger to form the glaze
  4. Brush fish on both sides with the glaze and broil 6 inches from heat for 5-6 minutes per side. Fish should be moist and flake easily.
