Healthy Holiday Eating Tips

  1. Now is not the time to try and lose weight, instead work on maintaining weight and fitness levels.
  2. Choose small portions of favorite holiday foods - don’t try and avoid them altogether.
  3. Eat a small healthy snack before you go to a party so you aren’t starving when you get there.
  4. Continue your regular exercise routine.
  5. When at a party, fill your plate and then move away from the table where the food is so that you avoid mindless nibbling.
  6. Don’t drink alcohol on an empty stomach.
  7. Enjoy!
