Healthy Holiday Eating Tips
- Now is not the time to try and lose weight, instead work on maintaining weight and fitness levels.
- Choose small portions of favorite holiday foods - don’t try and avoid them altogether.
- Eat a small healthy snack before you go to a party so you aren’t starving when you get there.
- Continue your regular exercise routine.
- When at a party, fill your plate and then move away from the table where the food is so that you avoid mindless nibbling.
- Don’t drink alcohol on an empty stomach.
