Lemon Basil Pasta and Shrimp

Ingredients

  • ½ lb. linguine
  • ¾ lb. cooked frozen shrimp, thawed and drained
  • 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs fresh basil leaves
  • ¾ Tsp. garlic salt
  • ¼ Tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ C. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions, add shrimp during the last 30 seconds of cooking time.
  2. Drain immediately.
  3. Return linguine mixture to pan.
  4. Combine next 5 ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Toss with cooked linguine and shrimp.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over mixture and serve immediately.
