Lemon Basil Pasta and Shrimp
Ingredients
- ½ lb. linguine
- ¾ lb. cooked frozen shrimp, thawed and drained
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbs fresh basil leaves
- ¾ Tsp. garlic salt
- ¼ Tsp. black pepper
- ¼ C. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook linguine according to package directions, add shrimp during the last 30 seconds of cooking time.
- Drain immediately.
- Return linguine mixture to pan.
- Combine next 5 ingredients in a bowl.
- Toss with cooked linguine and shrimp.
- Sprinkle cheese over mixture and serve immediately.
