Focus on your health rather than the scale. Consider:
- How do you feel? Are you tired or do you generally feel
energized?
- What can your body do? Can you run a couple
of miles, complete a 45-minute aerobics class, or ride a bike on
your favorite trail? Measure your health by what
you can accomplish.
