Services

The Oasis offers students a calming and soothing place to turn to, where you can relax. You can come just to relax, talk, learn how to manage your stress or make use of the recently acquired fully automatic massaging lounge chair. The Oasis offers stress management skill building opportunities and meditation classes along with ample resources on health topics, as well as health promotion staff that can direct and assist students in locating appropriate resources for their concerns.
