Student Health Summer Hours

- The Duke Student Health Center will be open from 8:30am - 5pm on Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri and 9:30am - 5pm on Wed between 5/11/09 and 8/14/09. Currently, there are no weekend hours. Weekend hours will resume on 8/29/09. The East Campus Wellness Clinic is closed for the summer and will reopen at 8:30am on 8/17/09.
- Additionally, the Duke Student Health Center will be closed all day on 7/3/09 and 8/13/09.
Immunization Requirements & Student Medical Insurance Plan

- Due to overwhelming volume of immunization records, we are experiencing problems with our server. Please be patient and try again. Because of this problem, we are relaxing the deadline.If you get a "Code 9" time out error, close out ALL of your browser windows, re-open only one and log in again.
- Please click on the the appropriate Immunization Requirement Form to be completed by your Physician/Health Care Provider.

Billing for Vaccines and Labs

- Student Health will now file insurance claims for some services not covered by the Student Health Fee. This is limited to services provided at Student Health by our Providers. Given that most services available at Student Health are covered by the Fee, this new service will primarily apply to certain vaccinations and laboratory tests.
- Please check with your insurance company to find out what services are covered by your insurance plan. Any applicable co-pay and/or deductible will be due at the time of the visit.

The Devil's Choice Program makes it easy for busy, on-the-go students to identify healthy, satisfying snack options. Food items that meet the nutrition criteria are labeled in the Lobby Shop in the Bryan Center, the East Campus Store, and Uncle Harry's on Central Campus.
