Current programs
Healthy Eating at Duke
Think you can’t eat healthy at Duke? Think again. We'll show you how you can eat healthfully at Duke by making practical suggestions that have nothing to do with counting calories, fat grams, carbs, or anything. Learn how to develop sound eating habits that will help you function optimally, both now and in the future. This program can focus on Men’s Nutrition or Women’s Nutrition.
Fend Off the Freshman 15
Who else eats like a college student? Pizza at 2 AM, skipping meals, only to overeat later, and, of course, that “all you care to eat” meal plan. Add a dash of stress and a pinch of emotion and you’ve got a recipe for weight gain. Learn how to eat healthfully and make lifestyle choices which will keep you feeling good now and in the future.
Custom Nutrition Programs
Can't find the program you are looking for? Ask us! We'll adapt any of our programs to meet the needs of your group. Many of our programs can also be extended into afternoon workshops. We will also develop and present a custom program on nutrition issues to meet your group’s needs.
